1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
) b1 e% _/ X: d2 u2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
, ^; y) D) |" }$ {( _3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
( r2 M" o* D/ [, g4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; % t# w6 J6 J6 a8 d: ^9 L  y
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
' ?5 @1 j' Y5 b( n+ W1 z+ g2 h6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; - i  m7 B" d9 }: {- l
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.! e" B" g2 M% p+ ~4 H

Qualifications:2 X4 ?8 @7 }- n3 J7 q
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
) g1 \9 i/ E8 \1 ^7 X) ^•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required., R% E  u3 D8 \( y3 s/ P0 g2 V
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
( A/ ?1 G7 q& z" w8 B8 t•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
