JOB DESCRIPTION
$ E9 p4 ?0 j' X  _6 i1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
; k  o& H5 A& O, t+ z9 w: S- R2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
+ o% h# z9 P7 D( O3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;; k$ q5 Y, h$ Z% t2 i% z
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
2 v# ~9 g7 P: I* g( C8 M5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;2 {# H7 y6 R7 V: P/ J
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
, i8 `2 G# {4 M5 ~1 c$ ?7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.2 ^9 l: \7 Y5 h5 \1 @2 |
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.) ?" Z! |3 q) q& r: G& q% z7 L
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.1 B8 b0 ^1 [0 k, K
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
