刹车刹不住冲了红灯，请教如何处理

之前刹车刹不住冲了0.6秒的红灯，罚了287刀。。。
请问如何处理能便宜些？上庭？

1. go to the traffic office at churchill square
2. ask for first appearance prosecutor
3. explain to him why you did that
4. he may give you a fine around $180
5. Accept? pay the fine. No? go to the court.

不是每个红绿灯都有摄像头，一个城市有几百个红绿灯的。

看了楼上给的地图，总结了规律，基本都是主干道的交汇有摄像。

去机场的calgary trail路边有俩，回来路边有俩
然后剩下的都大部分在西边了，170 ST,178 ST 到处都是， stony plain rd也很多
yellow head 很多

dt就一个，在麦克文门口。
