& A7 e2 T' ^0 e  s7 Y4 U1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
; F5 j. \4 v8 n$ T" v  q2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
8 T$ L5 C* x- w- ?5 W# g" C  Y3. Blue color: price change each month.

the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
