The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
6 _/ f0 S! m, K( U1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
( N! U" {, O/ |  M% w+ V/ [" Fstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
- q! }3 C" e$ P) t3 B! t5 tthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
/ e1 M- b# ^* X" k" b3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
