2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
7 \! D' s4 B" P* V( `& \5 i/ @2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
! I$ Y, V6 g# A8 S8 s3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
