Position Overview
3 ^7 b- y& y! i9 ~. i• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs. , l, q/ T& T% k x) X. {
• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. ( B1 X! k- ^! \4 w
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas. : h) n S" V1 a+ s4 S0 L7 a
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements $ Q' L/ e2 a- s
• Retail customer service experience. 9 i9 q! f7 @9 V% v% F/ a
• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset. ( q2 P: p: p J- N3 k1 m
• Excellent communication skills in English, Z9 J$ p; F& `' J" t3 G6 W7 X
• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills. # u ?, A& Y7 m2 e& H
• Strong ability to implement multitask
