请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
, m6 s6 l* B2 C5 C$ ]- |& n2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3 U4 c3 @2 z5 Y6 b- P3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
/ `2 E. f! N( r; b4 u& `5 G1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.

4) Obtain the plate.
