请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

1 A1 s* o& f- J6 R/ O$ U. M1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
. L7 Q+ A7 E- ]- b6 s! C' q2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
/ q, H3 Y, u0 Z0 d1 U2 b3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
' r- J8 r+ j+ i1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
; O( k- @5 I( @( x  K% b3) Inspect your car.
' ]1 C3 U, x: N& y4) Obtain the plate.
