Key Responsibilities:

0 X O- f- i3 e/ f( ^4 q' V# M• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

I1 c4 a0 t* y5 [, q* v• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

" t+ L) J6 G. o; N5 v, v1 n• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.+ u+ h g2 p& M0 ]8 F: Y# H

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.3 c* K" p& |5 p& F d; b$ A) N

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.& q, u1 v# {; h

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications# U/ V/ ^" L' J5 s; j3 m2 V
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

9 r: f) e, S4 D8 Z' `• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

: Z2 `, g+ G7 o4 i• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
