关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

我已经找到答案了。

1 B0 s7 e3 T# @1 B( k* yIn many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

2 |" W6 O' P  {4 ~& V  d- L4 yNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

2 r$ U' w7 R/ R" M. P! p5 T+ NFor new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.
0 M) Y$ k8 Q. r
New homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.
