    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；

    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
6 b& q$ ^! t- z' I+ P/ ~% h    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
/ S% h7 v& |0 f职位介绍：
; g0 e8 A" [% Y7 Y8 K9 t    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
% C0 h- B0 n5 T# b1 a; K9 Z2 C$ L' C& [    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
2 A5 V: w9 @* `$ ?: N    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
6 E" `% d8 P7 {( k: Q/ }5 \    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
/ l9 O, M* }; M! K& m5 F    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
) |5 o. t$ i  ]7 e) n( K7 f5 \( u    Weekly estimating progress reports；
; D, A* m6 g9 X% g    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
- b. P/ Z, n8 k! X4 a! y    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
# M/ W+ H) U% H$ b! r/ O+ A7 m    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
$ s" ]: @2 k; Y" g    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
. x' y$ S* |( ^* H/ O  o/ _. J    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
# m/ O. M9 A4 C& ^) w5 I' V    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
