    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
7 R. ?( y% G& P" Y/ R    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
+ M' H1 G$ f3 d( k    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
# l! f' u  z* `9 c, g  W    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
. X* [4 m8 Z7 i# \    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
5 N" F  u- L, M  d$ ?5 R. Y" e4 |0 P    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
# a0 ]: e6 d4 V4 j" @  y1 P0 v" z8 c    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
8 u1 L8 ~0 d! X    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
8 T; C7 b" o! H, G5 V0 d/ b. k6 W    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
' M: X& m- n0 U    Weekly estimating progress reports；

    Other ad hoc duties

' [3 [/ K5 D: P$ y# i    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
, b& h2 P/ }  x    Field and site experience an asset；
/ L2 v. |& ~) M% h5 t' i2 c    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
; c0 u1 [' P) j- E# P# ^; _" [    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
7 x5 b! \- e* Z( X4 [8 N& X    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
9 \/ J% H* s% V% s    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
' ]7 ^* b) u6 M$ Y: @1 N    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
+ K- d2 r; J0 f! u% Q    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
