1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512

3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
O9 K, [: G7 P$ T4. Summary of applicants (Chart),: x, N* u- Q. }8 e. l' d J# K
5. Business license
9 v b7 W8 A5 n+ j0 l6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)
2 ~8 C- f4 b9 k& t# Q: l o7.employer tax documents

9. Resume
