刚看到的，rebtel公司的服务,添加国内联系人，然后分配给你一个你所在国的本地号码(与中国亲人的号码绑定)，也给中国那边的人分配一个中国的号码，好让他们打给你。具体操作是你打这边的本地号码接通国内亲人，国内一方挂掉，然后拨打那个中国号码，反向接通后开始通话，就变成免费的国际长途了。有兴趣的试试吧：www.Rebtel.com （充值部分你可以5块、10块不等 但是利用它提供的免费方法 1-2年都够用）

I registerd the service, get a "local" number to call my home in China. But, how to let them get their local number number to call me back? Ask the people in China to register another one?

" W: E) }7 h! D+ u在你的帐户里面可以查看到，点击联系人的名字，会有展开菜单，在最下头有一个链接，类似 call back---how，点击之后就有。如果对方有来电显示功能，也可以看到，具体查看原文吧：rebtel pk skype

俺买了10块钱， 试了几次，语音一直很清晰，使用回拨方法，目前基本上还没啥扣费。充值是因为你先拨通对方的电话，最好说上几句话，1分钟以内，让对方打过来，所以每次初始需要一分钟的费用。
