Fish确实是可数名词,又是不可数名词。更特殊的是它的复数形式并非我们认为的那样。 & q" q4 y+ j7 [. W8 AFish作为食物原料来讲的时候,是不可数名词。我们i说I ate an apple 但是不说 I ate a fish(不知道在猫的语言里是不是这样讲), 0 }: ~, r% ?- X5 i说I like seafood and I can eat a whole fish for dinner.还差不多, 通常就说 fish。这时候就是不可数的。 + r5 P6 ?6 t, B/ W. J我们去钓鱼的时候,fish就是可数的了,但是记住,你钓了几条?one fish, two fish,都是fish,而不是 two fishes。/ W" W' J2 S- `3 b+ T
难道fish的复数就是fish本身吗。也是也不是。同一种Fish的复数就是fish,fishes是用在不同种类的fish时候 ( @1 [4 E2 k2 X+ q: O$ a* f8 {$ N. j

Fish is uncountable when we talk about the meat of fish. For instance, I want to have fish for supper.
