由年龄增长引起的玻璃体混浊基本上都是手术. 药物很少有帮助的. 如果不是老龄, 就必须看得病的原因, 是否跟高血压有关, 是否是细菌感染或者真菌感染引起.

① dexamethasone: the drug of choice, the fornix conjunctival injection, 5mg each time while using gentamicin 20mg, dissolved in water for injection 1ml, lower conjunctival fornix bet clock, day 1, continuous 3 - 4 times.
" ^7 @0 C( W; r/ V- a/ G6 a1 O② 0.5% gentamicin eye drops: drops, 1 hour, plus 0.1% dexamethasone eye drops, eye drops 1 hour time.
' T0 M9 B, w+ f% F+ }3 Y {# s③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times .' P- C& ?) k4 S: j( o

(2) fungal infection:

③ 10% -30% sulfa sulfacetamide sodium eye drops: drops, 6-8 times daily.
