• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.% `& \: g) O, \9 U: U( v, q1 V
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
& }3 Y! ]0 N' M4 [, O+ q• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.7 A8 F# M" b# Z
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ( i9 A; Q1 t2 ~/ j
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.* A Q( P' Y8 T4 t6 D/ l
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.. a% w. m" C1 H: J0 m
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.. T" X+ `2 E' _9 D0 C( m0 x# u
• Attend Cluster meetings.
- y: a0 Y& d+ h4 y3 \• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies, Y' ^$ E2 U& ]0 ^( N1 h0 D1 p+ t+ |
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center7 z3 w& |7 Y; t# ]7 e8 I! I3 \) H- ~
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

Requirements:" J ^& S) ]" r6 b* X- [* E
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
. A7 |7 l" ^ p; J- M& s' p% u• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;% ]5 `7 f1 X: f3 ?' F6 X: x
• Ability to lead and develop; z+ d' h' s# g- O7 z, e3 n- j
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
! @. }% e. M) Y; R! ?0 ^' ?• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
