' s) l% n/ N5 y6 c9 Z0 z( B• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
) i }' W# X. J- Q9 g+ T• Oversee hotel security requirements. % m! M3 R" L' r" z" `$ q
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
3 [( B5 R' M- e• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
; T' m$ J: `2 m3 V0 D• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
- P { ?3 {7 {: x$ ]• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
- [3 v. ]1 P9 s& d• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
* q$ {* o, \# U+ Q8 i s5 R• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.$ L2 [; f/ R m3 V3 O& k
• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

" L: K: T4 h# M# W• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.8 X7 q% \/ |) e* u& B
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department ; ?0 p1 d" a6 u" c9 t6 `
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
. L5 s' Z( r& \9 }. z• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;4 o# L7 T# [: ^; t& J$ S
• Ability to lead and develop;4 H$ s5 |) v$ T |/ X
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;" e1 }$ k; p& w
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
