1 o+ w. z& C/ i. ]+ P* C• Oversee hotel security requirements.
1 n8 v8 ~% q8 Y1 s9 k• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.- D% ?9 O5 [; V! j" v0 [* K4 ?
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
( \, c: K% g0 ?5 O4 S• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
2 {' @3 \1 c4 C2 k• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.% J' U5 C$ R- y6 C" m( F7 N7 B
• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. 5 ~: d$ Z' T' A5 N
• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
) {, R/ g; t4 l" L. T# u• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. % m$ r1 C/ T$ c6 Y1 u/ N4 k. K8 ]
• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
/ ^: ~3 ?3 C" U( V• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.1 G( }2 T4 {) T7 f
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department / ^! {0 d$ w( u
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

+ n9 V, C4 ?. b5 x* D• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
