Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
) f1 v2 A, Q& FYour Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
; i6 x+ |4 q. f8 v4 ~# H. y" uHours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
6 l2 T. [6 \+ L" E* ^Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
Group benefits package starts after 3 months.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
8 K* {# ?7 B0 T: P3 c8 `Requisition parts and materials, as required.
4 M# d' L+ m" r: L, r5 ?0 `Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
5 n" X3 `  Z3 p8 r; BProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
* y# G8 }, n" h1 y7 oOther assigned duties.

, Z! u$ _; H8 K$ Z3 [% EApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
