看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。

Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food./ r% g3 G/ a c6 C2 Z. n: o+ T& I
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
/ A$ t2 |) h8 E" \4 ~; v8 b" P1 V4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
z q; U$ W, D8 h5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)* y' g8 _, c1 x& }2 E8 |. w, M
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.+ N! X9 d" S# a+ {
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
; ?$ c$ j& w6 } K9 L7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
- N1 F" E: W9 Y# e4 v X0 X" V8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).2 `7 X' I3 F) p4 {4 l# I" o
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)5 ~* e z* v _8 U* b2 B1 z6 |' P
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
, o, M+ I/ X& Q8 M. r1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.% e8 M% J, O( M5 C5 S
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.

4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.- G, R q& l- W) Z
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.) g) g* T4 d% K$ c7 l
