As I know, their electrical power engineering and instrument engineering have been full because they have told students that and put them on waiting list, but when I called them and asked them why they didn't tell the students about that when they called and asked before they applied on-line, they said they didn't give that information out, and your choice to apply or not, and they still tell student to apply them until Aug. 1st.
I think you can ask how many students are taken and how many in waiting list. $ ?% o6 Y2 W, }% a, Z. L# n( L/ Q . W7 |( C" t2 h) H% z2 ~It is your decision to apply or not.: s6 T% \! |% u& o" ?) s
