关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
5 d* M4 b3 U; E6 d7 F  V- g3 MTwo (2) secondary identity documents
( v3 E/ a: x# p, v' p% W9 s* q3 oA copy of two of the following:
1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
- Q. {8 m% h, U- b  n! @2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
3. your University/College student card
, A; x. J8 @. x7 |" e$ b7 {
我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
