! F% @9 M8 ?/ k" m' u) G3 YThe man is alone, but may be armed, police said.

Police are keeping people away from the Haliburton Crescent area until the situation is resolved.

Some neighbours returning to their homes Monday morning after leaving Sunday night are expressing frustration they still can't get in.
