% k: a$ _9 a$ @/ ]9 J•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
2 r% `$ Z9 c) V4 ^( k7 v. ]0 ~
•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

0 ~- g2 j8 c& A% k0 @•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

7 @) f/ E8 [2 L% Z4 J# J•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions
) M/ I5 A; c3 X1 |/ E9 m
) S0 ~, I# p9 x( D•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

  ~% x. A. i4 x" [& Q" f4 k* O. b•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have been in Canada for less than 3 years
