Mandatory Qualifications:

9 d7 k: s  K1 A•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
2 O, k* ?  }' y7 |5 p, ~% f" U
•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
) G. l, G8 x0 \1 w- B0 h
, e2 Q: U, C7 ]( |) ^•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

3 \5 y% f  S" p•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

Internationally qualified professionals who:

& Z  [% e' g* D) e% _•        have the equivalent of a Canadian bachelor’s degree and a completed education credential assessment
: W) T! q+ K7 L; l: Y1 x•        have at least 3 years of international work experience in their field
5 T2 ?+ P- U) u8 f4 M# c•        have little or no career related Canadian work experience
•        have been in Canada for less than 3 years
•        are legally able to work in Canada
