! W; l" H0 M% S4 @* M•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
7 d! F4 t+ `5 I•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
9 Q- E8 v1 i. i2 h* v" x$ t7 |•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
* @* x6 B$ o$ s0 ?4 L! v& n/ L•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
. l5 l9 W. m# G0 d1 M# [0 f/ ?" X•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
8 v9 X6 r- h8 L. \/ |+ W- [•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
0 P  i* z* P3 J- @•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

5 i4 s! s: ~0 e8 d0 c/ y$ P5 hEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
7 R3 M/ r% w5 T/ c; z+ ]  A& u0 t; VExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
