Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 R4 `9 X9 w: y/ P4 p& a6 K' K•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
: T+ l0 ?- l* |! P3 `•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
5 E$ E8 K8 l3 X: Z# }  q•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
9 c5 K* x3 F1 N, A% U•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
' N  i& k7 c# j* z' y7 s' I•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
$ y  {0 i4 Y/ f: l•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
: ~" F! [: J1 s$ e1 e2 f/ Z•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
) ]& Q* d4 e' f4 c  |' K; [* d5 F•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

: d- I6 b: ], M) I* F7 a# f: iExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
9 ]6 W1 `6 l5 i; e% i+ p) U5 R! S. ePhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
