• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines( ?4 L; c" X% V( {5 O3 j
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
7 d! F4 t+ `5 I• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
