5 K2 G/ O: _6 Q( d( b; G *Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
0 ~, m: \# F6 S$ W4 y *around 400k5 z! u( _# c4 L! O }0 ^$ T
*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.
