: s, P) X5 T2 c8 ~ *Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
: i2 t4 |5 X( e+ @& U *around 400k: b$ ?# S0 ^, T, i
*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.
* F- a) T$ ~* x( a( O% z5 J% N *Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?# U' q) ?; k( Q% h1 I
