Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
: I( M" |; N" _& ~0 c" I7 L•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& n( r( t4 N& W9 p" t•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ O" C5 Z9 `, j& W, s, b6 X•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 R* f# d) A" c' Q  p) q4 Q% P•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
