Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
4 |* f7 V( m0 d" y•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
) b/ b% m5 ?1 T6 o% g•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
& p! U. S- B( z+ T. m4 L•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
) G. G9 r1 P: L•        Completion of secondary education is required
/ a# ?/ [# x% H•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
9 x7 y9 f3 n% f3 o•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
