Main duties:
/ F0 C& M3 H: f7 z•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 P/ ~2 r. x+ I: @•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ M3 a# a1 E$ H•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
8 ?, G! f% y/ R' j•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
; Y% j2 w# B. k! P6 L2 d% s•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
