Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:; e; x( z+ s4 {3 I$ c1 H

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members. b; r6 G; Y! S( D+ g- {( m# j% I# A# m
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
" V6 ]+ I" T! |& u0 m/ |2 O• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.

• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.- ]- e" ~- Z- S4 n8 ]- {4 }
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.( ~- J& R6 l4 Z5 `( v0 s; J! m# \4 A
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
, n% u0 K/ o5 B3 E9 j$ [2 g$ i5 ?• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.3 H* F+ s1 R [" b" {

Requirements:/ x0 Q# s$ U0 J" ]$ ?
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. # l& e6 V' f4 Z7 C6 @$ C
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
i! ~0 M. b G5 j2 R9 L" E0 ^- n• Strong Union Relations experience required. ( q$ X. R) U& I7 c7 h
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
