JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
+ Z7 x' p9 U6 MThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as( @4 r& o, L! ?3 {6 B
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative6 W/ l5 B2 W0 I& _* y J$ S
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
% a5 `* _. d6 N2 t5 Rcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly% P( d4 g2 X2 ?8 @1 E) \6 u
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations( c3 R* Q/ `7 L( e! A/ M0 U
Coordinator.6 }# _2 `+ f% [5 Q3 r

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
/ n# O1 T, A) k; y* \0 k9 \• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.- _4 I; W- }. k7 W( t+ y. L9 w, f* b3 ]
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.$ q( R/ e$ r" c
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
8 i3 ^. Q t+ G• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
. { [5 |: G5 f, atimelines and budgets. b/ t/ q: y( `! {
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
5 i2 \- F/ p, ^' n8 p, dcompany’s business goals and policies
* U' J4 ^& E4 ^7 v9 ]• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
# O) Q$ z/ N; I. R" T6 LEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4 X8 q! c/ {' J2 M) E7 B: g+ z) J• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required. m0 |6 x7 B, S
• Some field operational experience4 m# ~3 [# \; ~( x0 o
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
0 P& f+ J4 I8 A• Strong computer skills

- n5 t7 b- X) Y; D6 r6 S补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。3 i* m" v8 L: f, _/ G0 S) ?
* G: c2 r8 b6 C8 O7 J. G5 a有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。) c. \6 u. N$ l( |7 i* p* T

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
