2 bananas# e, n! x5 ]- |2 W& A
30ml brandy

1 Y+ z$ A) _% j. B: j6 V2 C1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan& R9 y+ M# n2 O: k! I8 K
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
- o5 p9 c/ \2 A8 O8 ?: I% l3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.. ]1 l3 D# C' }" U& j4 B
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
* k" v' u: }* h5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.$ Z* }" z0 e0 J5 u3 F9 b
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
