15ml brown sugar

2 bananas

7 j* Y3 F+ K$ _4 U1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan0 M5 X5 e8 F7 l9 e7 V' h
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.2 H+ T+ w1 ~ U
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.; A! i* h( ]" \8 R S, o6 U" E
