15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy% W0 v" I, H0 ^: O, w& D" s
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

( R/ v9 y' ^4 t% Z; n/ ^1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
! [- P! |' x9 U& ?/ ~2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.6 p+ ?2 t3 m9 O$ o( ?' Y5 I
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
# v( o' K; O8 M) P& e4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
