15ml brown sugar

7 j+ T. B% h. C2 bananas

Method
- J, M7 y, S& y6 q4 [8 B5 p1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan% C* x" W3 F$ a' u/ Q
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
1 R4 {' V& Z* Y# P4 |' |3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
2 E6 Z4 R- H$ e. X. {4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
