如何翻译“不好意思”去做某些事情？

如果我们要表达“我不好意思去作某些事情”，英语该如何表达？

情景是：我（因害羞）不好意思去找某个男孩，或（因歉疚）而不好意思再麻烦一个人再帮我作同一件事情。

第一种情景
I feel shy to contact with him.
第二种情景I am sorry.

英语里面有没有这样的表达：I have no heart to do something. （不好意思做某事）？比如在第二种场景下，用这种表达。因为这种场景时表达的是没脸再麻烦人家了。

You cannot say " I have no heart to do sth." For example, Chicken soup for soul, not for hearts.
Your context is not very clear. So can you explain the contexts more clearly?
Why you don't want to bother the boy again?

第二种情景中，“不好意思”再麻烦人家，是因为已经麻烦过人家一次两次了。是要表达这种心情的。

当我们用英语说“I have no heart to do something", 我记得好像是指 “无意去做某事”，但不十分清楚了。

For the first context, just say I am sorry to bother you again.
For the second case, I don't think you can use hearts in this expression. You can say I am not meant to do sth...
