retire your car,有人用过吗？

我今年3月把旧车retire了，车也拖走了，当时选的reward是选择月票，到现在快年底，还没收到任何reward。该去哪里投诉和反映这事呢？给原来那个retire的邮箱写email也没有反应。

我就是在March 31, 2011之前retire我的车，车也拖走了，写了email没有任何反应。已经快到年底，月票也没给我。这个program骗人。

你为什么不打电话问呢？有一个local call center的电话可以打的啊？
也许就是你的那封信寄丢了吧？
9 U3 c- }# p2 t' \8 O. X# D再有就是，我记得车是要running condition的，不知道为什么你的车是被拖走的，一般都是大家自己去drop off的。

我不会开车，会开车的没时间。他们提供选择，我选上门拖车而已。 明天打个电话问问，谢谢了！
