我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。7 T6 V0 V* P P: j

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 3 U. S4 J1 ~1 U0 p4 ?

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) . h2 k4 U& W; j
5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted : O) @0 l9 E; U; l7 B" x/ G+ _' a
FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar
& ^$ y5 ]6 U% X& v2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

; x$ B& u \8 m7 G2 W/ ]2 EFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
