我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。0 y6 C' X3 c. N8 [$ S+ ^2 t

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 5 ]# v3 ^' _4 `
, v9 ]1 W8 D2 PFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 5 E& _# r! |$ Z8 D- x/ H

! g/ z) r+ f. x: {% v, S# HFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 4 w* Z1 P; S* F: q2 X" J
