我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。9 g( E9 F V7 c

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted ; F8 M5 v+ i% M* v) N0 J6 J

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened ' r3 j' r4 l) @1 x6 f2 {% f$ Y
3/4 cup granulated sugar ! d: g7 P7 ?# B2 N6 F
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ) `1 d$ b4 G+ w# ]+ M

k$ B% p, w, a0 e$ `5 \Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

( L A. m- a4 h% k8 l4 t# DFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. , B1 a9 \5 s) p' `# C2 t' [

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

9 ?* ?& S+ t+ c# t! D) YFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 6 ^: u* b. Q% D; X& H; x; Q" M
