呼叫精打，请教地税问题

我申请的自动每月在支票帐户扣地税，前二天收到这一封信大意如下：
This letter confirms the above referenced tax account has a credit balance of $xxx.xx, which exceeds the 2011 tax levy. The credit balance is a result of :
; n% K! G* ~, c( r) L, M& j* Mortgage payment of $xxxx.xx applied on June 30,2011

  e0 |" z% }# b# I/ o+ o$ I! A请教：这是不是说我的Mortgage里已经包含了地税这块了？今后不需要申请自动银行帐户扣地税，每月支付的Mortgage里已经cover了？
