% e/ b  |) S; Y, L  r" C. Q•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
4 V2 Q  A8 `7 r' G•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- w$ z- X. N$ |: ]5 M/ |•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 U8 B5 B# S" Q•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: \4 T+ Z% u4 R$ A% z: V•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
/ E' {7 b1 D/ [. f+ b& l•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

6 ~# A/ x0 z2 n( N•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
8 \7 }7 |( D- o6 `8 g+ J•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
