9 j8 O1 b. M) W* Y0 kShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Take customers' orders
, K8 h& `+ z4 V/ `. c•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
, K8 d. {) R: f8 P9 i2 q9 T•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased
