He was pierced and eased pain!
He was persecuted and brought freedom!

& [; U/ W5 z0 R3 M* [0 ~He is risen and brings power!
He reigns and brings Peace!
The world can't understand him,

The schools can't explain Him, and
The leaders can't ignore Him.
Herod couldn't kill Him,
) Q  R2 l* S6 l( X/ V. U. fThe Pharisees couldn't confuse Him, and
" {. i# l" H  ?" HThe people couldn't hold Him!
8 A3 I; T% V; A9 B9 J, z( oNero couldn't crush Him,
Hitler couldn't silence Him,
4 S. B$ B0 y" W( U' M3 {The New Age can't replace Him,
and Oprah... can't explain Him away!
He is Light, Love, Longevity, and Lord.
He is goodness, Kindness, Gentleness, and God.
$ E! k! Z; ^$ B# c+ x2 ^He is Holy, Righteous, Mighty, Powerful, and Pure.
! M$ z4 k' R7 K3 Q/ l- b1 gHis ways are right, His word is eternal,
His will is unchanging, and His mind is on me.

He is my Guide, and He is my Peace!
