person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
9 z2 V$ q* u+ Z( T* z! T! C· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;8 n4 n2 \6 ?' z) Y) ]" H
· Verify pricing and availability of product;& f9 v6 V6 @8 ~# p& V, G
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 t* U( K* A* s3 j· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
' u9 l' Q9 w6 e* a: b· Collect payments for cash account orders;# y5 }" `% q* ~- \7 |
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;3 ]4 F# ?' c0 V4 k2 \' B) {3 _" G
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;4 W( h" o3 ?5 A& }" U; u6 r: R' ^
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate! I8 w. W" R/ Q( g& R6 F1 w I
database;
* S) B1 E& u: v5 Z1 }8 F# J· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
$ S$ x$ T: Z$ s8 M& a% {5 S5 |· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
' {* [! h' E, {6 N· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;% `7 t W& P$ s) P, e
Qualifications/Requirements:0 m4 h: y2 ?. ?- w0 s
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
W$ Q6 f" ?8 f. ^# y3 t( [lasting relationships with customers;
1 U0 n8 ^) a8 z$ M+ R· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;+ p8 h1 ?; B/ Z0 e! k" J. E% L
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;' Y' a* \5 [1 ?- I8 G& Q. m8 a
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;7 R( L c, b4 n/ r8 c3 X
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);* s( B5 o2 g# Y8 d+ M
