The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in/ c5 [& r% M# h5 S1 c' q
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining+ {) h: q/ G' q3 E; X
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet# G2 k7 n7 u+ L# ~7 j6 C

Responsibilities:
( Q. C" l- A% E+ H' k( b# U$ l· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;* L @ R, I& I
· Verify pricing and availability of product;) U& v7 V6 Y* ^) ~# z
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
+ W9 W+ j) \2 O· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
1 i( h4 g! \3 u/ G8 I· Collect payments for cash account orders;
8 e' F5 V. A6 O0 o) F5 @· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
7 g7 r/ i: ]* C- O· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;% K1 B# s: G3 ?2 \ F6 |8 W2 v
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate+ f; {0 h2 V: M8 h0 D1 X
database;
; u+ `& `6 ]! N! I· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;% [' E6 {6 O, f) f3 q
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
* M0 F/ S O4 H. z5 h6 v0 c+ N· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
1 v0 R7 b# O3 q4 bQualifications/Requirements:
) T' r6 x! b% {( l3 Z· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
- Q. ^, V* x$ C, j7 y3 xlasting relationships with customers;
* O7 M5 O/ v& F# `* ]· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;; [- r& K$ w& U! P! k/ b
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;6 i. ], Q" H" W5 T3 P
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ N- {3 k7 B" z) W& V
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);- _9 x3 H8 b/ l" R5 r9 g. X+ {
· Excellent organizational skills;
