$ E, v3 s1 X+ C XThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
5 `* Z4 E% j; t3 P. k$ N mperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining* C- p9 R5 G R3 S

9 y$ G- q' |1 G' S3 h· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;. @( g/ ]; ?% D+ r% c: P- c& h' y
· Verify pricing and availability of product;) K7 O6 O1 {1 I g( S. F. p# `
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
5 j) K: P, x& C% X. N/ X9 b· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;. o$ m' c/ F# I
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
0 q5 }, f$ F# Z8 Y9 @· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;% X/ g! u, e; q1 |# p( g' @' z& Y# f
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures; N" ]4 J3 q. R4 X- w' h3 p
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
& ]; @) Z$ B/ M* D# @database;
) Z1 v5 }# E8 G4 x n7 z· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;8 O6 M# U' A; r. A; v F4 u
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;# h V( K0 N& n
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
! N# h" l- u' Z sQualifications/Requirements:
9 S$ u$ t; s9 r9 T. |· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
7 C8 g4 r( X) l; |$ @6 Ulasting relationships with customers;
2 y) K9 ]; O1 a8 l2 f· 3-5 years experience in a similar role; [" e( c( c) H' Q/ G) y; ^
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4 \1 L% V6 e! K% u p( C) ?· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
/ i% g" _! }" _· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);2 K$ {: G2 A! V
