可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
2 Q) ^* T% u3 K; _/ a但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
) Z5 f5 F. v" E0 x$ ]2 h" w9 ~再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
