找  Home  inspector 检查房屋,  是不是该看看inspector
( J6 b+ i% i2 l7 h9 Y( ^+ w4 b有没有执照? (liscence)?

If you have a realtor, ask him/her, normally agents always use same inspector for a long time. I believe inspector should have liscence, althought I never ask for it, I used couple of inspectors recently, one is Canadian Residential Inspection Services, www.housespec.com, ask for Bill Squair phone number is 482-0755. The other is Steven Pentyliuk Technologic Inspections Inc 499-7652 www.compusmart.ab.ca/homeinspections.If you can't find any, you can try them, I think the first one is better.

Home Inspector不需要执照,任何人都可以干,现在各个省多数都会有Inspector的协会,找协会会员的Inspector稍微好一点,不过协会也不负责他的问题
