Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

6 \+ ?* R4 `8 p) X9 Q Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
; w9 ?  y4 G4 A* x  J5 a Provide positive modelling to youth
! Q1 x) H0 ]" Q/ O: R Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
! J7 [- F  E; L$ b9 w# R2 s Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
7 G& t; |9 m+ C" [: N. B% B# J/ g: i Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
8 j7 k8 S" b) i% Y( C5 ?. N% t Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
) _" K5 [1 `' B. c Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
& M( g( v  a( k  z/ n& { A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
