Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
6 e+ [" T( p. ~1 qCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

8 n1 N2 m" [! w* o6 g+ nDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
* J! n# f) S9 I Take attendance if available
1 G7 i1 h$ k( `+ ] Provide positive modelling to youth
2 J' J4 H* D3 J+ O Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
. w, [) z* R8 J' F1 J  q8 R0 n Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
- U6 k) F) ?7 A7 h Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
" Y6 n6 g4 V6 J4 D4 G7 [7 y Assist in program planning/design
9 e3 C* j6 M3 J Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

0 \' N* V$ J& h% U; ~- s$ } Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
