Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program

9 t2 }. b2 _- x+ `Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
" G9 }+ p8 ~% T) A+ oTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

, `6 ~9 t3 U; B) i. j. f! Z5 | Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
* [- y, f; _* c& {0 E Take attendance if available
7 ~9 X2 R# E. `) Z* ~  y6 C8 j7 L3 l Provide positive modelling to youth
8 u8 r# i* j3 t: _) y. H) Z3 n Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
8 _6 B4 m4 y( l2 }4 N+ g( X; b Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
5 [" O7 D# C" @! W8 B% g Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
5 Q6 k- O( r* K9 o+ E- y$ f  [& q; b Assist in program planning/design
% \! q3 O0 k( o3 d/ V6 P Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
+ W3 \( [) y8 d0 a* z Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
! e5 h8 {3 u+ J/ M Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* N# `* W; U: u* _$ M: x* \ Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
; |1 U* _9 Z2 V- l( C1 q Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
