The Position
1 V7 V% b% x2 H) j& g7 AThe Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
! T; {: R) \( C% G# X- a* X& [Duties and responsibilities
0 d; ~5 D" _' N- bGeneral
  H+ a6 B* p3 X3 z; o• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
0 H. t# K5 s, d9 X+ v2 {  m- k" |• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
development, distributes and files same
• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
" }9 n$ p0 J+ V* g. n• Appointment and meeting scheduling
2 E0 i: \2 i# V, o9 F8 J* W; |• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
7 }, ?4 o7 H0 u• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office

% {8 k6 N1 k9 q* F2 U- Y• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
required
Accounting
  b9 ]' O( z* |) t8 l2 p2 p• Accounts payable complete to checks
• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
/ L2 A* n! h! Z. I4 k1 n2 ^• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
Qualifications
; W; D' e  g* p  g: E• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
/ C+ |# V# t  F- q• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
software (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required
• Clear criminal record check
) B) X% P/ q+ X5 G• Requires personal vehicle

grow and work together.

and warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
