Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions: J1 x% E7 E1 N5 E4 X$ u$ H
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;" k O0 e8 D; N: g( |$ _4 j% ^
- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.8 Y, f) l# |* U7 u7 j% |
- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.
