! v. ^- d$ B# t: H4 E从短期来看，六月份房价比较稳定。独立房从$378,239到$379,409上涨了0.31%。康兜则从$239,782跌到$231,852 (下跌3.3%). 丢普莱克斯和排屋价格从$295,334升为$296,689。所有房屋的平均价在六月份跌了0.5%。( y6 J5 c7 ?5 e3 }! j
