请教怎样查看自己正在上网的电脑的网络属于哪个ISP服务商，比如是Telus、Shaw还是其它？谢谢！

use the default gateway to browse it.

1：如果没有条件 IPCONFIG，还有其它办法吗？（比如想知道市立图书馆用哪个 ISP。）
2：在我家里，default gateway IP 打开路由器设置页面。
