/ Q* L) D* s) m$ w        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

$ |/ h& C* V- r0 q1 u- A- sResponsibilities
+ W1 X. ~6 l0 J3 B6 E•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
7 k6 l8 q* t/ S' ^% Y•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

! l0 J! T- C# c0 _) _7 p7 m7 ZPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
1 G) a  \, W6 B•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
