This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. - S P3 O1 K5 b( L, @7 @1 ~

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners& D$ y( x- Q& k
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs5 F& u- h- @ Y% X" N2 L. F
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols! B' }: Y' s1 _4 A
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing; `1 ~1 r- v- e; c, y m, |/ |) P5 f

Preferred Qualifications4 N' W! g# ?$ o4 Z' i
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
$ {/ a0 b+ F! U4 J• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
; ~5 O/ ]6 W6 A0 Q3 C4 j( G• Experience in project management & report writing
0 u5 }8 r3 ~7 V+ T. C6 Y• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
