' `. R5 b5 O  ^  c6 Q        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

+ u) W$ t0 X; n4 r2 e* U3 Z1 ]Responsibilities
/ O- p5 X! ^, e* c( z# j' v•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
9 |  B1 L' }0 E) m1 t2 f( E4 U8 t•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

7 e, R- B1 A4 ^6 ~& j•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
7 p) |$ A6 s& x4 H# o•        Experience in project management & report writing
3 e' g0 a/ m. Z2 F1 y3 V•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
