Duties & Responsibilities: 3 v, N& @5 d* X# L# }
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers " H! ~5 B" h, \* y
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
# q0 y; n4 _. m0 Z9 V) z§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
; n4 s; u7 G. o% A6 D! u§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis . j; Q6 O: x$ |1 c- s, l& n4 x! g8 g
@6 @7 U& g: p. JPreferred Education & Qualifications: / |# Z. y8 f! I
§ High School Diploma
( @3 Y& w$ N1 o Z9 D& V8 g§ Valid Drivers License
3 S- ? E, |+ i$ w# q§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role 7 x7 L/ c& N" r8 c* h- K
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge , n+ Z) r9 c4 C0 N; r
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
