" J* Q3 O4 o, WMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

5 x2 P! a5 v2 U, x2 s. o1 T4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
; z( {' ~3 t$ v% @# TMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
; c- A. h( ?, }" j; T  PNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
* ~3 d9 a/ z+ S% l2 o+ DC1/DC2 zoning
$ n3 |% Q, k# z; s+ No condo in view
