3) So So:  Magrath etc.
, L/ L  Q+ A6 ]8 d1 ?9 g# @Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

: Q0 v0 G+ d5 w) ]. O6 G4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
$ E5 r: I8 t) D" ~  A  ?* IMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
$ Q) X& \8 o& j6 \9 K4 z, J4 RNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
4 }! M5 K1 m& T4 D; b% t. s) P+ e+ No condo in view
