这个新闻不是很靠谱。新盘很看取样时机，并不能体现整体房价。杭州房价大约是上海的3/4。

Houston, as I know, is 2nd 富的城市 in U.S.A.(New York is No.1). all the oil headquarters located in Houston, and it's famouse for health care , space center, art and sports, etc. Houses in Houston are much cheaper than Edmonton, but the property tax is way much higher than Edmonton, the total cost for housing, is higher than Edmonton.
House Price doesnt mean anything...guys.

最适合赚钱的大城市未必适合居住,日内瓦经常排最适合居住,未必适合赚钱.纽约从来没排适合居住.

房价总是有升跌.美国贵城市现在开始狠跌,凤凰城,佛洛里达已经跌无可跌,轮到3番市和西雅图跳水.

加拿大也该跌了.
