FUNCTION:
% G2 r$ u3 m+ J+ z: HThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
* v4 v% h4 t# u! d: j•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
4 m. D) h' S1 o% m•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.
# E, ?3 z! N) o% u& z
  M3 I/ p: c8 G/ h, Q! d& iSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
% r- ~* ?2 v4 V8 e•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
# q9 v$ X  @. u; U$ P6 h! {4 q•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
( T; Y0 Z8 o9 ]6 u! ^3 i% i•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
; E9 t% f& U5 N6 n+ I# A9 r! ~•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
& n& q. q& U6 R( B•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
