This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.
) C: m% e7 G6 Y1 ~+ U& j
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 S( e1 A9 e. b! C( F% t. V•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
& s" V" m8 e$ g8 n# r•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
" s$ m7 Y* G7 `( G8 _& r•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 y. O+ `& O: M8 ]% Q•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
7 @, i% m+ m# ~•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
•        High attention to detail.
