9 K4 P& O3 _5 L# }5 d$ I. sUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
1 o  ~9 Y% N2 HMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
8 ]# c; X8 r5 A( J
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

: C5 N( y+ M& A! k: C* XJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
; M% ~* T, t: JSchool)
7 Z' T; D* M1 n# O' |" gMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* F  x$ y- _' I1 Y9 ]Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
- M! x' g$ i, aMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
+ y+ k2 h$ A' r, oMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
0 }" `- {9 C6 j- mestablish team.
