Language is very important in health care career, however, there are tons of doctors and nurses who really can not speak English properly. * Y1 B; |! Y! B4 w% M) JTerminology is critical, however, do not worry too much about language. If someone is picky about the language issue, have a talk with them seriously face to face and ask for how to improve or ask for their suggestions. D4 Z j) d& k) `7 d
Never feel scared to ask.

and never get intimidated by someone. while still we do need to improve English in pronounciation.
