3 P+ |6 E) u' hHere in Canada, walls are well over R20. So, even if the exterior walls are hot under sunlight, it won't really affect interior living space.

However, windows have lower R factors and allow UV radiation (and radiation of other frequency) to enter the house. So, it's best to upgrade your windows, if radiation (i.e. sunlight) is a potential problem. Typically, you can upgrade your windows to triple pane, with sun-stop coatings on both sides.

我觉得不会,去年我买的新房装有空气换气系统,有三档,最低一挡是每20分钟就RUN一次,屋里温度夏天也是阴凉阴凉的,很舒服.BUILDER告诉我用最低档每月大概比不用增加$5,不管增加费用是不是这么低,总之我没发现比人家增加多少,而冬天边吃饭边晒太阳很舒服,我用的不是很厚的窗帘,所以有少量阳关可透过来. 其实我觉得每天呆在主卧，客厅和饭厅的时间很多,朝西能一直很明亮,人会感觉很精神,不会因为家里暗而犯困. 当然萝卜白菜各有所爱,以上仅供参考.

7 f" G5 G: _% G. M8 U" j) K. e谢谢你的信息，我也正在考虑是不是东西朝向的房子（客厅，饭厅，花园向西，bonus房间向东）会比南北朝向的好，因为可以两边都有阳光进房，唯一担心就是夏天客厅，饭厅房间西晒会热？很想再确认确认，期待你的答复，万分感谢！

哪边向西哪边夏天就很热，所以我觉得如果买东西走向的房子，让车库和BONUS ROOM向西比较好，这样只有一个地方热，晚上不在那儿呆就是了。
