I love hot yoga~ It helps to shape your body and releases stress.. also seeing the amount of sweats you have just makes you feel so high lol3 I4 q# z v S8 w; ^, _' w
I have been going to hot yoga for 4 months now for 4-6 times a week ^_^
If you have never tried yoga before, it is recommended to have at least 5-10 classes of regular yoga before heading to the hot yoga. Hot yoga requires more strength and endurence of the body core and breathing exercise than the regular one. You need to have some base built up to take the full advantage of hot yoga (Bikram yoga).

锻炼这事,我感觉我是特别不容易出汗的那种人,到朋友家跳舞,一跳就是2个小时,包括有氧健身操,恰恰,中间不停歇,我的动作还特别到位,没偷懒,其他几个朋友马上汗就出来了,我愣是没有汗。估计还是量不够,所以没burn掉啥。 G, M5 w' ]1 I( w6 R; B8 [, Y
我从这周开始也要去gym了,在跑步机上使劲的跑,速度是3.6,跑到10分钟的时候还没见出汗,直到15分钟时,后背才开始冒汗。+ O" h& I0 d* }2 c9 l5 q# H ]
走路的时候,我的速度确实不算快,就是特别能走,多远都走着去。
