我在KIJIJI上卖车，今天收到这么一封信，觉得是骗子，大家帮我看看

Hi,
I just saw your item advert today, it's very cheap that is why I'm
interested to buy it as a gift for my dad, I'm not home at this time
marine engineer,i'm in the ship now and due to the nature of my work
locations and stations,phone calls hardly go through I would have love
to call but call is restricted but I will have my shipper over there
to get things working out perfectly, I really want the item to be a
surprise gift for my dad so i will not let him know anything about the
item until it get delivered to him,I'm sure he will be more than happy
with the item.I will be paying you through paypal because i don't have
access to my bank account online as i don't have online banking and i
do want us to get the transaction done perfectly and in a secure way
through paypal cause its very fast, easy and safe to transfer and
receive funds, i can pay from my PayPal account, as I have my bank
account attached to paypal, you will need to give me your PayPal email
address so i can make the payment immediately for the item and pls if
you don't have PayPal account yet,it is very easy to set up one, go to
www.paypal.com and get it set up, after you have set it up i will only
need the e-mail address you use for registration with PayPal so as to
transfer the money into your paypal account...

I do have a shipper that will come and pick the item up after i have
made the payment into your paypal account,I would really like to come
to see the item, but like I said earlier my shipper will see to things
if we eventually have it worked out and at the same time won't
mind you sending me a couple of pictures so I can see more it's views

Are you the first owner of the item ,
What is your reason for selling it?

I'm sorry, just want to be sure about the sale before i proceed.

Note: I will be paying you $18,000 00 for the item.Get back to me with
your PayPal information asap.

Scam. He always call it 'the item' instead of 'car'. He is sending this email to several sellers.

骗的成份很大，哪有买车不讨论车的性能参数，而一味跟你商量交易事情的,欲速则不达，这个骗子还需要加强自我修养！！！

你会在你的账户收到钱。然后你把车给出去。
你的钱就不见了。

paypal本身应该还是比较安全的吧，不过网上说用paypal进行车的交易不受保护，至于怎么不受保护我就不清楚了，楼主可以查一下

是这样，paypal有一种延付功能，钱到你帐上，也显示，但是你不能用，要等6-8天。
未名以前买彩票就经常用这种方式。每次我都一头汗。

楼主打电话问一下paypal，这种情况的交易是否可行，当你收到对方的钱后，钱是否还能被对方转走，对方以什么理由将钱转走，等等。18000得deal，小心为妙。但是也不能因为害怕，而错失了好买家啊。

问那里也没用。
很多人钱转到帐上几天之后还被转走的。
因为骗子先用一张假票据入自己帐户，银行在入账时对于色体飞的支票不验真伪。
然后paypal帐上显示有钱可转，转完了，收票银行发现支票是假的，后面的转账交易追踪取消。
最后倒霉的是客户，你跟银行打官司是打不赢的。

这种交易，要么现金，要么见面后检查对方证件，背书在支票后面。否则~~~
我就不打击你们半信半意的人了。

哪有想买东西的人给你写那么多废话，还告诉你他准备怎么付款的？

其实那些BANK DRAFT也有假的，时间长的要一个月才能知道真伪，到时银行会把给你的现金要回去。paypal是网上银行，如果钱从paypal帐上转走了，不知paypal怎么找你要回。

他把钱付到你的账上。
然后有人来pick up 车。
车并不是你邮寄的。
他以没收到你的车为理由。
要求paypal把钱还给他。
到你帐上的钱，被转走了。
你的车没了。
钱也没了。
